After going through my own struggles and finding the strength and power inside myself to reset and start again, I look to the phoenix as it symbolises regeneration, rebirth and hope. I believe we should all live our lives to the EXTENT of the phoenix. If you are struggling, take the time to reflect, rebuild yourself and rise again. As a new phoenix rises from the ashes of its predecessor, which is a symbol of rebirth, hope, renewal, progress and an end of oppression, we to can rise from our depths with hope and aspirations to be stronger and more powerful with a new beginning.
